Kriti Goel
Kriti is a young mental health practitioner who wishes to create a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to express themselves. She is a compassionate listener and works collaboratively with her clients for their holistic well-being. In the process of therapy, she works with her clients to achieve mental well-being by walking on the path of self-discovery, building on strengths, and working towards positive change.
She values the choices and willingness of clients. Believing in saying “I think, therefore I am” by Descartes, her sessions are guided by a cognitive approach. She actively incorporates Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT) to assess how past experiences are playing out in current dynamics. Additionally employing tenets from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to bring awareness and change. She is also a Trauma Informed counsellor.
Previously, she has worked with clients to help them deal with concerns such as emotional dysregulation, stress, anxiety, work-life imbalance, family and relationship-related issues, and processing trauma experiences.
Kriti, in her leisure time, likes to do art and watch TV series.
