I am a trauma informed, solicitious and perceptive Counselling Psychologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. With a natural inclination towards keen observation, I am driven by the desire to assist individuals, as well as myself, in discovering alternative and more fulfilling ways of leading a meaningful life through a deep understanding of human psychology. My unwavering dedication to continuous learning and skill enhancement serves as a perpetual source of motivation.

In my career, I have:

  • Conducted numerous individual and couples therapy sessions for clients with various mental health concerns, such as Relationship concerns, Family issues, Toxic relationships, Trauma, Grief, Anxiety, Anger management, Depression, and PTSD.

  • Administered and interpreted mental status exams to evaluate the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning of clients.

  • Developed and implemented treatment plans based on assessment results, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs.

  • Provided crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress like suicide de-escalation, self-harm, panic attacks, OCD, Bipolar disorder, and Schizophrenia and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Maintained thorough and confidential client records, and documented progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

  • Offered psychoeducation to clients and their families to increase awareness and understanding of mental health conditions, coping skills, and healthy lifestyle practices.

  • Participated in regular supervision and continued professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with current research and best practices in psychology.
