Some of the techniques she uses in therapy are CBT, REBT, play therapy, person-centered therapy, and narrative therapy. She enjoys interacting with both children and adults. Shruti offers therapy in three languages: English, Hindi, and Bengali.
As a mental health practitioner, Shruti believes in providing a safe space for her clients to explore and become aware of their life circumstances. With every human experience being unique, she focuses on helping individuals discover more about themselves and their world during their mental health journey. She puts a strong value on genuineness and empathy and helps clients accept their experiences with an emphasis and commitment toward well-being and holistic happiness.
Personally, Shruti is fond of journaling her daily experiences and binge-watching shows. She has an artistic side and brings out this creativity through various techniques used in her sessions.
