Minakshy holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She has been an investment banker for 7 years before she chose to shift to the mental health arena.

 

Minakshy is well versed in various counselling techniques and has worked with clients from a variety of age groups and backgrounds - young adults, elderly, parents, children and adolescents. She provides a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their life circumstances and gain self-awareness to ensure healing and growth. Apart from counselling and therapy sessions, she also facilitates awareness workshops on topics related to emotional wellness.

 

Minakshy has helped her clients navigate through issues related to stress, anxiety, time management, work-life balance, relationships, lifestyles, self-esteem, parenting, academic issues, exam related stress, peer pressure, bullying etc. Her interests include reading children’s books and practicing yoga.

  • Individual Counselling for students: Rs.600(40 min session)

  • Couple Counselling: Rs.1200 (40 min session)
