The rules and agreements governing your use of Whaterr's platforms and services

By accessing or using Whaterr's website, T.E.A.C.H community platform, the MHP App, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," or "you") and Whaterr ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided as described in Section 14.

We reserve the right to verify your professional credentials and to deny or revoke access if eligibility requirements are not met.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@whaterr.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your profile and to update it promptly when it changes. Providing false professional credentials is a serious violation and may result in immediate termination of your account.
You may maintain only one account on each Whaterr platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or access restrictions is strictly prohibited.

Whaterr offers multiple subscription tiers for the T.E.A.C.H community and the MHP App. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing pages and is subject to change with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis on the date you first subscribed. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All content created by Whaterr, including session recordings, resources, platform design, branding, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Whaterr and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
You retain ownership of content you create and post within our platforms. By posting content, you grant Whaterr a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within our Services for the purpose of operating the platform.
You may not use our intellectual property, branding, or content for commercial purposes, or in any manner that implies Whaterr's endorsement of your work, without explicit written permission from our founders.

Whaterr is a professional community and platform. It is not a substitute for professional clinical supervision, therapy, or medical advice. Content shared within our community represents the views of individual members and does not constitute clinical guidance endorsed by Whaterr.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Whaterr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or reputational harm.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time by contacting us at support@whaterr.com. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on what happens upon cancellation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we determine that your continued use poses a risk to other members or the integrity of our platform. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Mumbai / applicable city], India.
We encourage you to contact us first at support@whaterr.com to resolve any disputes informally before initiating formal proceedings.
Contributions to the T.E.A.C.H Collective Fund are pooled from a portion of membership fees and are distributed at the discretion of the Whaterr founders in accordance with the Fund's stated purposes (scholarships, professional development grants, free session support). Fund contributions are non-refundable and do not entitle members to any specific allocation or return.
Inclusion in the Recommended Therapists directory is subject to maintaining an active T.E.A.C.H membership (LAUNCHPAD tier or above) and ongoing compliance with these Terms and community guidelines. Whaterr does not guarantee client referrals and does not warrant the accuracy of any therapist's self-reported information beyond the credential verification conducted at the time of membership.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and/or a prominent notice on our platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of our Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
