When you hear about a mental health event, what comes to your mind? A conference? A seminar? Paper presentations? And similar serious forms of engagement? If your answer was a "yes", we don't blame you for the image that has been painted for mental health is that it is something to be worried about; something to be discussed behind closed doors.
We at Whaterr Solutions are a team of 100+ mental health professionals, and we are on a mission to change the mental health landscape of the country. This event is a leap in the same direction, for it intends to celebrate mental health, rather than shy away from it. Thus, the theme of the festival is “Celebrating Mental Health”. The objective of the festival is to break the stereotypes revolving around mental health and to create awareness about the possibilities that this field holds. The target audience includes psychology students, psychology enthusiasts, mental health practitioners, caregivers, and general public.
The festival will feature keynote speakers and special guests from eminent figures in the entertainment industry, sports industry, entrepreneurship, defense, and ayurvedic neuropsychiatry. Attendees will have access to a variety of events scheduled from 10 AM to 7 PM (IST) on both days.
“We are thrilled to host the first edition of the Mental Health Festival,” said Harish Bhuvan and Amaresh Nath, Co-Founders of Whaterr Solutions. “Our goal is to create a platform where people can come together to celebrate mental health and learn about its importance. We hope that this festival will help break down barriers and encourage more people to seek help when they need it.”
