Together we can discuss the direction you want to take in your therapy journey. I am oriented to Cognitive Behavioral approaches including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, DBT, mindfulness, and elements of art therapy. I work with concerns such as interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, personal growth, productivity, and work/academic stress with a trauma-informed and compassionate lens.

Group therapy: 500 - 700 INR per head
